Our Resoling Process
When sending boots into Nicks please send them to:
Nicks Custom Boots
3805 North Market Street
Spokane, WA 99207
Please include a note inside the box, with your Name, Street address for UPS shipping, City, State, Zip code and a phone number to be able to reach you during the day or leave you a message.
Also:
Tell us what you would like done to your boots, (ie. resole, new heels, rebuild, replace the tongues, etc.).
When Nicks gets your boots in for repair, each boot is inspected by the shop foreman or a supervisor to determine what all is needed before it is processed for repair. If it is a general straight forward repair we will go ahead and proceed with the repair. If there are questions we will call you before we start working on them.
Please Note: If we have any questions regarding your repair we will call you, we will not perform any work on them until we hear back from you.

Our Rebuilding Process
And again... more info soon (hey we're busy building your boots, thanks for your patience).
Quoted only on inspection!
To insure longer life and the top quality workmanship of Nick's Custom Boots, we suggest that the boots be returned to us for resoles and rebuilds.
When Nick's rebuilds your boots, very little of the original boot remains. Our expert bootmakers replace everything but the part that has formed to your ankle - the upper. It's like getting a brand new pair of boots that are already broken in to perfectly fit your foot and ankle.
Are your boots built this way? We don't just feed a machine by hand, we handlast and handsew (shown) each boot one at a time.
